Each time you order an item from the site, the Paypal window will pop up to show your basket … DON'T click the "Continue Shopping" button as it will bring up a new window and you'll have to keep putting the password in. Just click anywhere on the online shop page and continue shopping.

There is no minimum order but there is a flat carriage fee of £2.95. Try to order as many hearts as you can in one order. This will not only make the carriage fee value for money, it will give you the best variety of top up beads and ribbons.

The online store is all on one page, clicking any of the sidebar links will take you out of the online store and you will need to log back in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We regret that we cannot offer credit facilities.  We offer online payment by paypal and debit/credit card at the online check out.

We will despatch your order as soon as possible and you will usually receive it within 3-4 days.  However, please allow up to 7 days.  If there is likely to be any delay we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation.

If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us by email immediately at tillybalou@aol.com to let us know.  If you wish to return your order please do so within 7 days.  We will offer a complete refund with the exception of postage charges.

IMPORTANT ULTIMATE COLLECTION POD STOCKIST INFORMATION 

BY ORDERING THE POD YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW 

The display box (Pod) is on free loan but remains the property of Tilly Ba Lou. Under no circumstances must the Pod be used for any other purpose. No products other than those supplied by Tilly Ba Lou are to be displayed in the Pod or in any way inferred that they are part of the Tilly Ba Lou Ultimate Collection.  

Re-Ordering  

Simply order the quanity of each heart that you require. At the bottom of the online shop we give you an opportunity to let us know which colour groups of beads and ribbons you would like us to include with your order. We will select the beads and ribbons to compliment your order. The selection is a random selection. Obviously some beads and ribbons are more expensive than others and it may be that your customers select all of the most expensive components for their heart!!! Try to guide them in their selection … it also helps to have a couple of pre-made hearts near the pod, where you have selected the beads and ribbons yourself to give them an idea!!

Wire will automatically be sent to you each time you have ordered 50 hearts.

Please note that we do not always stock the exact same ribbons and beads. If you are offering a wedding favour service please explain to your customer that the choice of ribbons and beads CANNOT be guraranteed.

Finally, have fun … the Tilly Ba Lou Design Your Own Heart experience is meant to be a fun experience, the more fun your customer has, the more hearts they'll want to design!
